Who said to dedicate the Temple, in the 9th moon, dead of winter?

1 Maccabees 4 talks about this specifically.  Verses  52 says, “On the 25th day of the ninth moon, Chislev, in the year 148….54 the ALTAR WAS DEDICATED….. 56 For eight days they celebrated the dedication of the Altar…. 59 Judas, with his brothers and the whole assembly of Israel, made it a LAW that the days of dedication of the altar should be celebrated yearly at the proper season….”

Who said, what?!  Did we read, “Yahweh then said…..”  Not at all!

Moreover, this day was celebrated on an ALREADY EXISTING DAY GENTILES HONOURED ZEUS ON!!!!  (Sound familiar?)  1 Maccabbes 1:59, we read “On the 25th day of EACH MONTH, (pig) sacrifice was offered on the altar….”

I understand the reason they were joyous.  They had just finished cleaning the Temple up, and celebrated in 1 Maccabees 4.  But this is a MAN MADE TRADITION, and Yahoshua criticized the leaders for putting MANS LAWS ABOVE YAHWEH’S LAWS.  They think it is right, because it seems so in their minds, but their minds are closed to Yah’s ways.

In 2016, HANNUKAH AND CHRISTMAS WILL LINE UP ON THE SAME DAY!  I look at this as the marriage of sun and moon perhaps……THE HONOUR GOES TO THE FALSE GODS.  Do you know HOW MUCH THE JEWS AND THE RCC, HAVE IN COMMON?!?!

Note, many other "Holidays" have the same origin as Hannukah and Christmas.  All of them, are created from the same source, the Winter Solstice, aka- Birth of the Sun!

Onto the next subject….

WHAT DEDICATION DID MESSIAH GO UP TO?!

Let’s look into it now.

John 10:22 “It was the time of the FEAST OF DEDICATION in Yerushalom.  It was WINTER.”

I thought about this……why is it, that after this supposed DECEMBER (9th moon) episode, we read as soon as chapter 11, that Passover is NEARWhat happened to the three moons in-between????

There WASN’T ANY!!!!

I truly do not want to hurt anyone, but when the truth is revealed, who can stop it?

Here is the  issue with John 10:22, that causes us to stumble, besides Mans Law……”WINTER.”

B-O-L-O-G-N-A!

Here is the Greek word used, for “winter.”

G5494 khi-mone- TO POUR, THROUGH THE IDEA OF A CHANNEL, MEAN. A STORM (AS POURING RAIN); BY IMPLICATION, THE RAINY SEASON, i.e., winter.

***  UPDATE***  Khi-mone-as, is not in the Strongs, because “Winter” is only written one time, in the New Testament.   But I typed up, “Winter” on a English to Greek translation, and “khi-mone-as” came up as the primary word for winter, “Khi-mone” being the second.  I also saw how many people make sure to know, khi-mone does not have to mean winter.

This Greek word, CLEARLY does not mean winter specifically at all.  Only a down pour of rain!  And like the saying goes, April showers bring May flowers!

Now before you question it, don’t.  I already looked it up!  Rain is very normal in March and April.  The other season of rain, is October and November.  I also read that a great down pour, is considered a blessing, because it doesn’t rain all that much in Jerusalem.

Could it be, that the khi-mone on Messiah, was a metaphor for a BLESSING and a TEMPLE CLEANSING???  Now that you know all you have been shown, the answer is YOU BET IT WAS!!!!

John 10:22-39, is all about what was going on at the Temple, when the rain fell hard, and Messiah was pacing on the edge of the Temple.  Between here and John 11:1-54, is all about what happened within the next week or less, with Lazarus and Miriam.  Messiah had raised a four day old, DEAD MAN, and now a HUGE amount of followers arose from this miracle.

Then we get to verses 55-57.  This small paragraph, is describing a group of “country people” who had come before Passover, to PURIFY themselves.   If we understand, that Aviv 1 IS THE DAY that the Tabernacle/Temple is “Dedicated” and “Consecrated” aka, purified, then we understand that the Feast of Dedication was this very day!  (Exodus 40The Lambs were to be chosen, by the 10th day, and since the beginning of John 12 tells us, there were still 6 days before Passover.  So this statement was made on the 9th day of Aviv.  The reason I say this?  Verse  12THE NEXT DAY the great crowd of people who come up for the festival, heard that Yahoshua was on his way to Yerushalom.”

The “NEXT DAY” was the 10th day.  And the stones themselves would cry out, if the people had not!  YAHWEH’S LAMB WAS CHOOSEN!!!

Also, “Passover” can simply mean the season of it, or the day itself (14th) OR the 15th, the First Day of Unleavened Bread (High Sabbath).  So the “6 days” would lead us to the 15th, and the “Next day” would lead you to the 10th because this is talking about the same time frame.    John 12:1, was speaking of the 9th day.

NOW LET’S TALK ABOUT FEAST!

Funny how the ONLY TIME  “Feast” is translated from G1456, is in John 10:22.

It is G1456 for the entire statement, “Feast of Dedication.”

G1456  Eng-kah-ee-nee-ah:  a compound word (G1722) and (G2537); innovatives, i.e., specifically, renewal.

G1722 En: a primary preposition, denoting a (fixed) position…. i.e., a relation of rest.

G2537 Kah-hee-nos:  new, (esp. in freshness).

WE ARE TOLD IN EXODUS 12:1-2, THAT AVIV IS TO BE THE BEGINNING OF OUR MONTHS!!!

The Temple has been Dedicated in the Scriptures on Aviv 1, several (documented) times!!!!

It happens when this are NEW, in the SPRING.

G48 Hag-nid-zo:  to make clean, sanctify.

Just a thought here.  This word, hag-nid-zo, is a better fit for Hanukah, than eng-kah-ee-nee-ah!  It was made a Law by Man, because they had to make the Temple clean and pure again, after pig and other abominations, had gone on in the Temple.

And to use the word used NEARLY EVERY OTHER TIME FOR “FEAST”, G1859 heh-or-tayA FESTIVAL.

Aviv 1, is not a Sabbath, or a Feast!  Hanukah IS A FEAST/FESTIVAL!

So why wasn’t a word to mean Feast or Festival, used???

Aviv 1, is a NEW YEAR, and a day to rededicate and consecrate ourselves, as living stones of the Temple.  Messiah Yahoshua, is the cornerstone, and we together, make the house.

It is a FIXED POSITION, and is the IMAGE OF NEW AND FRESHNESS.

Hanukah has nothing to do with the book of John.

ANOTHER IMPORTANT POINT!!!

Reading from Messiah being stoned, at the Temple, on supposed "Hannukah," we read in John 11:8, "Master, the Jews of late* sought to stone thee; and goest thou thither again?

*of late- G3568- PRESENT TIME, NOW

With all the other evidence, is it so hard to believe the statement made, by the Disciples?  Or, do you really want to believe, that it was 3 moons after the fact.  What did they say?  "Master, the Jews were just seeking to stone you...."
